Chef Register was founded by Adam "ChefKas" Kaswiner. ChefKas, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, NY), has been working as a private chef and caterer in Las Vegas and around the country for 6 years. He has worked with celebrities such as Bret Michaels, and Rick Harrison of Pawn Stars, and specializes in "gourmet cuisine," working with athletes such as Bryce Harper (MLB), Georges St. Pierre (UFC), and was the resident chef for Nike's LeBron James Skills Academy in Las Vegas. Our company has also worked with the likes of prominent figures like Marco Rubio and Sheldon Adelson and amazing companies like Samsung and Under Armour.

Chef Kas and his assistant Chef did a wonderful job preparing a meal for our Anniversary dinner with our family. He was easy to correspond with and prompt in relying to questions prior to the event. They did a great job preparing the meal and cleaning up afterwards. Both chefs were engaging and answered all of our many questions about their training, personal lives and kitchen techniques. We would definitely hire Chef Kas again.

First of all, Chef Kas happens to just be a great guy. When I submitted all my info to the website originally, his initial quote left a note saying he'd really like to speak over the phone briefly before just throwing a number at the needs. From start to finish, Chef Kas and his team exemplified professionalism and courtesy, as well as fantastic food. My company and myself would recommend his services to anybody looking to throw an event from personal to corporate reasons. You can't go wrong here.

We couldn't decide what restaurant to go to for our 21st wedding anniversary and suddenly realized that the best atmosphere is right in our own backyard where we have a covered patio with lights, speakers and table. We contacted Chef Kas and our phone call was returned promptly. We had an amazing evening, everything was perfect and we both have said that we probably will never go out to an expensive restaurant again when we can have it here at home. Chef Shaun and Asst. Chef Oscar arrived on time and went right to work in our kitchen. They served the courses to the outside area and we felt like we were in our own private restaurant. The quality of the food was excellent as was the presentation. The Filet Mignon was superb, tender and cooked to our liking. They even brought out our desserts with candles and wished us a happy anniversary. I especially loved that they cleaned our kitchen, put away the left overs in the fridge for us and when they left our kitchen looked as good as it was before they arrived. We will definitely use their service again. Thanks for making such a memorable evening for us.
