Great company. Silvano is the owner/technician who came out. He was very prompt in getting here, knowledgeable and friendly. I was certain he would tell me, I need a new Hvac unit. Last year I had to replace the smaller Hvac unit.I already had an estimate from another company and that's what they told me, I need a new unit. (They also gave me a price for a new unit and installation. $14,500.00)But after Silvano inspected it, he said he could repair it and it will likely last another 2 to 3 years, it's not leaking freon. He also gave me a price for a new unit and installation. The very same unit the first company recommended would only cost $9000.00! Advanced Air Conditioning will be the only company I will use from now on. It pays to shop around!
