Francisco Jr. is a great young man! Excellent service, prompt, professional and trustworthy. He came out to my home on three occasions and each time he provided excellent and prompt service. He serviced and moved my ac unit and placed it on a concrete pad. Later he installed, with his colleagues, my attic air scrubber for a healthier home and to help maintain my air ducts clean all year long. They were in and out. Excellent company due to their employees!

Within a few hours of calling they had a technician at my house. I felt very comfortable with the technician, he was very knowledgeable about the unit, took pictures to show me the problem and was able to fix the issue immediately. He even went the extra mile to point out issues that were long standing to help prevent future problems. Highly recommend using!!!

We had Nevada Residential Services install 3 new air conditioners about 3 years ago. They did a wonderful job with really great people Theyve been serviceing our system twice a year since then. Ive been really impressed with the people they send out. Theyve gone beyond normal service numerous times. This time Charlie was our tech and I mentioned to him that Id seen some water on the garage floor several times. He didnt think it was our AC, but he proceeded to open the condensation areas and make sure there was not trace of water and then he checked the garage refrigerator and found a bunch of ice near the bottom of the freezer. Nobody asked him to check the freezer, but he did. And thats just one example of why we will continue to use Nevada Residential Services. Oh, and when we call them, we keep getting a really friendly helpful girl who takes great care of us too. Were really happy with them.
