Way to come through with reliability and expertise Ozone-Friendly. We were without a response from another company and called yesterday to have an inspection done.Answered professionally and made availability for the very next day. Even came by earlier which made our schedule flow more efficiently. Great workmanship from Michael and David! We received no upselling or nonsense from either and they worked on numerous components of the HVAC system. Had it working and cleaned within a reasonable timeframe. They are % PLUS % who they say they are. Customer satisfaction is really their priority. Super professional, very important to me. Very kind, polite, and they rescued me from a terrible situation with another ac company who blatantly lied to me. I had, had to literally suffer from a cold house.
