Honest attorney and a family man. Extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. I've had the pleasure of seeing him outside of the legal environment as well. He does a lot of voluntary service projects out in the community. He is so good at fixing cars and things around the house that people are often surprised that he is also an attorney. My family loves him. So glad we have him!

I was a resident in Las Vegas for 10 short weeks before I had to leave my home and seek shelter with family in Texas. Knowing I could never go back to the 23 year marriage I sought legal council to handle my high conflict divorce. The Mckellar Law Firm was suggested to me by our previous marriage councilor while we were searching attorneys over the phone. After looking at the web site I got up enough nerve to call. A wonderful woman named Debbie answered the phone and put my call through to Mr. Crawford. Mr. Crawford in true gentleman form did an interview with me and told me of my rights in the State of Nevada. I have to tell you I was overwhelmed to hear that I had rights other then just getting out of the marriage. I hired Mr. Crawford from the Great State of Texas before hanging up the phone. Because my case is high conflict it's been about a six month process to get my divorce but it's also been six months of peace and joy coming back into my life. I've watched Mr. Crawford and his sweet assistant Debbie from a distance tackle the whole of my situation by applying the law and their professionalism. I've had to hire attorneys in the past for things and I can tell you that I wasn't impressed. Mr. Crawford and the whole Mckellar Law firm have surpassed any experiences I've ever had. As often as I can I like to call Mr. Crawford "My Hero!" I had the pleasure of meeting him face to face recently and I gave him the biggest hug and kissed his law ring. It's an Italian thing! Lol. I'm in the final paperwork of my divorce now and Mr. Crawford, Debbie and the Mckellar Law Team are getting me back my life. I will always think very highly of Mr. Crawford and his wonderful team. I concider them friends but more like family. I thank God for answering my prayers!

I have paid the entire amount to Corey Beck and after a month, I have no idea where I am with this bankruptcy. I keep calling and never receive a call back. I wish I had paid more and selected a lawyer who would let me know what is happening and keep me informed. I feel like I made a poor decision.

I am a chiropractor with 15 years of experience and have dealt with a lot of lawyers and law firms. It is hard in these days to find an honest, dependable firm to really stand behind clients. My main concern and focus has always been to place my patients first. I have full confidence and trust to place my patients at the care of Bryan at i Accident Lawyer. If you have an accident and are in need of someone that you can trust please call Bryan

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I was involved in a car accident as I was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and hit by another car while putting my 3 year old in her car seat... The person ended up driving away after the accident. Needless to say this turned into a uninsured motorist claim. As to be expected, I was in complete shock and completely uncertain in terms of what to do. My insurance company (who I thought was on my side) was the exact opposite! After trying to handle this claim on my own I quickly realized my insurance company was doing anything they could to put off my injuries due to my pregnancy. I consulted The Harker Law Firm feeling defeated and frustrated with my Ins company. Honestly, just wanting my Ins company to compensate me for my 2-weeks worth of lost wages. I am highly pleased with the final outcome. He surpassed my expectations, by far! Bronson was sharp & well-educated, he brought up many valid points which made my case rock solid. I highly recommend Harker Law Firm! Thank you Bronson for your services.

Chris Connell helped me with a commercial real estate transaction. The transaction is pretty complicated and another attorney I talked to did not have expertise to feel comfortable handling the transaction. I'm glad I consulted with Connell law as there were a few terms that he suggested to avoid some potentially major pitfalls. Thanks!

Rocheleau Law Group helped my husband with child custody issues between him and his ex-wife. Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Stacy was our attorney and she is compassionate but also tough and took on our situation like it was her own. The outcome of our case couldn't have been better. They also helped me with a Traffic Ticket I had for FREE just for being a fan on their Facebook page! This is one of the best family law and personal injury firms in Vegas!

Don't pay too much for bankruptcy! Having handled thousands of bankruptcy cases, I have come to know what matters in a bankruptcy case. You want to meet with an attorney, not an assistant or paralegal. You want an attorney who returns your phone calls, will handle all of the complicated paperwork and forms, who gathers your list of creditors and addresses and account numbers for you. You want that same attorney at your court hearing, not a stranger. Above all, you want an attorney who knows the law, and can give you sound legal advice tailored to the nuances of your particular case. Bankruptcy isn't a stressful time; it's a time when the stress ends. It's a fresh start, and we make it simple. That is our pledge, and that's why choosing the right law firm makes all the difference. We handle Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases. Immigration lawyers help their clients through all phases of the immigration process. How do you find a good real estate lawyer?

If buying or selling property feels overwhelming and the thought of finding a good real estate lawyer seems daunting, you’re in luck. There are some simple steps to follow for finding a trustworthy, affordable real estate lawyer to help with your property and legal needs.

        • Determine what kind of real estate lawyer you need. Many states require a real estate attorney to handle sale closing documents. For more complex matters such as a real estate deal gone awry or foreclosure, you’ll want to find an attorney who has successfully handled cases like yours.
        • Look for online reviews of real estate lawyers in your area. Verify that they have proven experience closing or winning cases like yours and that they are in good standing with the state bar association.
        • Choose two or three lawyers to interview. Many offer a free consultation to learn about your case and provide information about rates. For standard real estate closing services, in-depth interviewing might not be necessary.
        • Ask about their rates and whether they charge by the hour or provide services for a flat fee. Ask whether a retainer is required, and what the total bill should be for a case like yours.
        • Ask for a write-up of the services that will be covered by the projected costs.
        • Make sure you like the real estate agent and they treat you with respect. Confirm whether they or another person will be working on your case and make sure you’re comfortable with all members of their team.
        • Pay the retainer and hire your lawyer.

What is a personal injury lawyer?

A personal injury lawyer fights on your behalf if you’ve been injured physically, psychologically, economically or in reputation. This injury may be the result of neglect or malicious intent of another person, or it could be at the hands of a business, government or other entity. Personal injury lawyers specialize in tort law, which is the law of civil wrongs like car accidents, company wrongdoing, unlawful imprisonment and more.

To become qualified to be a personal injury lawyer in the United States, a person must earn a bachelor’s degree, followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from a law school. Most states then require the person to pass the bar exam to become licensed to practice law. Unlike many attorneys who require a retainer, personal injury lawyers often work on contingency fees. This means that in lieu of payment upfront, they receive an agreed-upon percentage of the settlement in case of a win.

What does a real estate lawyer do?

A real estate lawyer represents their client’s best interest in all matters related to the sale, purchase and ownership of real estate. They are experts in real estate law. In states that require a real estate lawyer to close home sales, the lawyer must review and finalize all documents before the deal can be legally completed. Real estate lawyers also help clients legally protect their rights when entering, exiting or renegotiating a real estate deal. You can hire a real estate lawyer as an individual or as a business. A real estate lawyer can help with negotiation, addressing mortgage fraud, managing foreclosures and bankruptcy, transfers of titles and deeds, property ownership disputes, zoning issues, creating a co-ownership contract for joint purchase of a property, and much more. Real estate lawyers can also protect you from issues that result when a known problem was not properly disclosed by the previous owner. Overall, real estate lawyers are an added cost when it comes to buying and selling property, but they also ensure your best interests are met, and that you and the people you are doing business with comply with the law.

What kind of lawyer does wills?

No one likes talking about death, but it’s better than leaving your children or siblings to sort out your estate. A clearly planned will can make the time of mourning easier for everyone. An estate attorney will develop a legal will, create trusts on your behalf, and ensure the proper execution of your estate after you pass away.

Family attorneys and estate attorneys, also called probate and wills attorneys, can each prepare wills. The type of lawyer best suited to prepare your will depends on your situation. Most family attorneys provide services to prepare basic wills, including bequeathing property and personal items to family or naming a guardian for minor children. However, estate attorneys specialize in preparing wills in more complex situations. Consider hiring an estate attorney if you:

        • Have a large number of assets, especially those subject to estate taxes
        • Want to create a trust, such as allowing a spouse to live in your home until he or she dies and then leaving it to your children, or set up long-term care for a beneficiary
        • Have an ownership stake in a business
        • Expect someone to contest your will
        • Want to disinherit your spouse
Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
