Jeff was a godsend. I thought I was going to lose my mind when our computer developed problems. And problems there were! Jeff stayed on for as long as it took - believe me, it was a long for him

Just from my description of the problem I was having Jeff immediately had a strong belief of what the cause of the problem which proved to be correct and he quickly resolved the problem. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A like to speak by phone first to clarify what needs to be done and explain how I will do it. Once thats decided it's all in my hands!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this business Certifications mean nothing. As quickly as IT changes - the only way to stay on top of things is to keep yourself very involved in it. No school or class can teach this. They can teach the basics - but thats where education stops as far as IT goes.
