- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was meant to be for me to be as creative as I can through the art of cake decorating. It's really an art form in beautifully decorated cakes rather than just any old cake that you pick up at the store, that's classified as a generic counter cake or case cake.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
For the most part, they are special orders for birthdays and special occasions.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I made a specially decorated 12 inch round torte for an auction at the Seattle Trade and Convention Center. It auctioned off for $5000, a record high sales.
