Met with them in a timely manner to get bids on painting cabinets and bookcases around fireplace. I had to email them a couple of times with some additional ideas but they finally after two weeks said they were to busy to take on even the first basic consultation. I thought they would at least be in contact with me along the way. They also, since I guess new to area, fished out prices that other contractors had given me . Very nice people but not timely on bids. I hired other contractors who gave me very detailed contracts ( found on thumbtack) and very reasonable prices.
