- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some people judge the trainer for their cost, I am not the cheapest nor the expensive one. A trained dog is priceless, there is nothing to compare this world, if you are a dog person,there is nothing that can make prouder than your dog, but for that to happen you have to put the time. Dog training is repetition over and over again, that is how dogs become reliable, then you begin chaining your exercises to get the final result and I would love to be there to help. I have a initial package for $800 for basic obedience. I have also other advance training available. Group classes available only to past students $25.00 per session there are 4 weekly classes reservations are a must I only take 12 dogs group class. Aggressive dogs is $500.00 per session, red cases might take up to 7 to 10 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the dog in his/her home I always try to read the relation of each family member with its dogs, like to check backyard of for signs of digging and marking spots in the yard . I feel I can establish a better rapport with the owner and his dog in their home they are usually both at easy
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended "The Michael Ellis School for Dog Trainers" for formal education but real world education came from 50 years of dog ownership and training them to be well behave animals or to succeed in the dog sport I train them for. I also keep attending seminars with different dog trainers and different disciplines, I am mostly focus with the working dogs types.
