- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To best serve our clients we offer competitive pricing, and comprehensive training services through custom, “goal-oriented” programs. This is our way of being transparent and accountable while achieving the goals our clients have for their precious pups.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure any trainer you hire knows what your goals are, and is committed to helping you (and your dog) reach a specific level, or end result.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before talking to a professional trainer you should think about a couple things, such as what your main goals are for training your dog(s), and how much time you might have to devote to training your dog? If you are like most ppl you are probably busy… No worries… our programs are designed around your schedule. We will come to meet you, or pick up your dog for each private session, depending on which program you select.
