- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive and fair. When I'm at your home if anything is needed I try to inform you of anything else beforehand when possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself then ask what they are needing assistance with them. Then give them an idea of what it takes to get there job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been a technician for multiple companies, even traveled for storm work. Been a mechanic, plumber. So have had many different jobs over the years
