My old water heater started leaking the other night and my only option was to have it replaced. Derrick reached out to my project request right away. Just a few hours following our conversation he not only arrived with a new water heater, he also did a great job installing it. He was very meticulous in checking to make sure everything was in working order following completion. Excellent!

Derrick was nice and on time. He replaced my water heater at a affordable price and did the job in a day. He was willing to do other repairs that I need around my house and replaced my kitchen sink same day. I still need other work done and he took a look and gave me an estimate. My pricing is very competitive and fair. When I'm at your home if anything is needed I try to inform you of anything else beforehand when possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself then ask what they are needing assistance with them. Then give them an idea of what it takes to get there job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been a technician for multiple companies, even traveled for storm work. Been a mechanic, plumber. So have had many different jobs over the years
