- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is an extra charge for high ceiling over 13 feet. Teachers, military personnel & firefighter get a 10% discount on labor I do not do drywall patching;but, I reinstalled piece remove and apply first coat. I provide free estimate within 20 miles radius of Las Vegas zip code 89122
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If customer is interested, I proceed by asking customer for basic info such as address (gate code if available), and best contact number. I ask also ask customers when he or she is available for the installation. Once I arrive at customer's home or office, I introduce myself and explain how the installation would take place. Finally, I ask 'is there any questions or concerns" . IF everything looks as expected, I ask for payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed contractor. I received my "Electrician Diploma" from Strartford Training Institute 2 years. I have years of experience in the electrical field including Residential and Commercial.
