- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. We are competitively priced to offer you the best available product compared to other options. 2. Our installers work with you to find tune our coating system to your needs and take every necessary step to coat your floor right, the first time. 3. We are a trusted partner of multiple homebuilders in the Vegas Valley to coat their luxury homes. Because of this, we're authorized to install our coatings even before construction is complete, an honor most coatings companies cannot do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Once the client contacts us, we set an appointment for a free onsite consultation and quote. 2. We work with the customer to design a floor system that suits their needs, based on their space and budget. 3. Once needs are established, the customer has an endless variety of designs to choose from. 4. Once all is agreed upon, we form a contract with the homeowner, and schedule our installation to accommodate them. 5. An installation can range from 1-4 days depending on the space, but each stage is closely arranged with the client ahead of time. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board to operate, under C40. License #0087326 Note: This is different from a standard business license or a Painter's license. It is a concrete coating specialty license. We are not authorized to paint your garage nor move or remove any plumbing equipment.
