I recently used Simply Luxe for my balloon arch and some balloon centerpieces at my baby shower. My experience from beginning to end was great! She helped me from the brainstorming phase and actually helped provide great insight on what she thinks would flow best based on my baby shower theme. Day of the shower, she was very sweet, communicative, and reliable. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but knew I was in good hands from the photos I had seen and she did a WONDERFUL JOB! The arch was a huge talking point of the shower. Id definitely use her again

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and complete satisfaction for the services rendered by Simply Luxe. I planned a surprise 80th birthday celebration for my dad in Las Vegas, and being based in Miami, I knew planning an out-of-state event would be challenging. But once I contacted Felicia for her decorating services, it was smooth sailing from there. Felicia visited the venue, FaceTimed me so I could see everything, and maintained ongoing communication with both me and the venue. I also needed other services like a photographer and a DJ, and she recommended amazing individuals for both. They were phenomenal! Felicia went above and beyond in every way. I feel truly blessed to have found her and her team. The way she decorated the venue was absolutely impeccable. It was a cowboy western theme, and it was everything I imagined and more. I’m a very hard person to please because I like everything to be perfect, and Felicia and her team delivered just that: perfection. She even allowed me to have items I ordered shipped directly to her home so I wouldn’t have to travel with everything on the plane. That level of thoughtfulness and dedication meant so much. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are professionals, we are talented and only we provide the "Luxe touch". Each event design is unique, we never do the same thing twice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have a consultation to understand your vision and give you an idea of what we can do, this can be over text or phone call, then we provide a mockup of our ideas, then we submit contract and/or invoice and take the 50% deposit to book your date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have God given talent for this, it's not something that we went to school for. We have a dental hygienist, a technical PM and a Correctional manager. We love to decorate, plan, and party!!
