- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. If you cannot keep the appointment, or if you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, I require that you call at least more than 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointed time, or if you miss the appointment, there will be a $20 cancellation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a clear understanding of what im assembling. Then I like to explain to them how long it will take. Then we agree on a price and get to work!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have done quite a bit of construction work in my past. I have also built booths and carpet laying as a union worker for the Venetian Convention Center.
