Carlos is the best! I was moving out of a rental and the garage door was opening and managed to pick up the edge of the full trash bin, lifted it and stopped working. I sent a message after 8pm and Carlos responded and followed up with a call almost immediately. Came over as soon as I was available the next day, told me it was a broken gear that he could have ordered but I told him that I have to be gone asap and just didn’t have the time so he went back home all the way across town to grab me a used whole motor so I wouldn’t have to pay for a brand new one and gave me an opener he programmed so I’d have something to turn back in. Helped me so much and was super nice coming back so late and finding a way to help me out for cheaper!

Carlos is the guy! Responded immediately. Came to my house the following day and made recommendations. We decided to do more than what was needed. I appreciate that he keeps affordability in mind and gave us options. We ended up replacing all Garage door panels and spring which was replaced the same day.
