I call to make an appointment because my garage door couldn't close down properly. I got a text promptly stating that the service person can come out later on the same day to take a look without any fee. He provided the 2 hour window and stated that he may be able to come sooner, depending on if he is able to finish up his work w. When he was done, he texted that he was on his way. So far, he communicated throughly. When he was at the house, he didn't try to create more problem than it is. He simply told he that he will only charge a labor fee of $75 and fixed the sensors. After he was done, he cleaned up and throw away the old sensors for me. He was very friendly, professional. I would highly recommend Carlos to fix your garage needs. It's not often I meet honest and hardworking people like him.
