This is the second time Ive used this company in Henderson NV. I had such a good experience the first time with the technician Shaun that I requested him again for my new house. They were able to accommodate my scheduling with no issues and provide an installing for my new garagedoor opener. Shaun is super detailed and takes pride in his work, hes very informative of what hes doing and also educated me on long term care and what to keep an eye out on for maintaining a quality opener. I will always recommend Precision Door, top notch company!

I called them out because last night the door button inside the garage would not work or the opener in vechial . Come to find out , my A/C system was replaced the day before and it triggered the house fuse to turn off. Nick was the tech that came out and told me that the fuse needed to be reset to on. Once he did that the door worked. He never once asked me for a service fee , I did have him replace the outside opener and a few other things but, never once did he try to take advantage of me.I give 5 stars for your employee NICK and Precision for having team members that do what is rightYou are my go to company!
