Sadly I was taken by this company because I didnt take the time to get a second quote. I had a spring conversion done to my door. Basically new springs and parts. They have me 3 options ...$800, $1200, 1500. I was advised to choose the $1200 and paid the amount. The next day I decided to check a few other companies to see if the price was within reason. I actually called 6 other reputable garage door repair companies. Each company gave me quotes from $330 to $390. Each company told me I was grossly overcharged and actually felt bad that I had paid so much. I even had two companies come to my home and review the bill I had paid and quoted me $350 for the same job. Im sure Precision has quality parts but really!!! I have learned my lesson. Always get a second quote on any repairs. When you call the company it directs you to a call center. You can never get ahold of the owner or manager. I finally got through to someone named Tiffany and she reviewed the other quotes and would not accept them as comparable. Basically, I could try to go to the actual office and try to talk with someone... but I feel it would be useless as they dont seem to want to help me now that they have been paid. I sure hope this helps others. BEWARE
