Imagine it's a weekend afternoon and your garage door won't work.
You call around, and no one is available till the weekday when you have to work.
That's what happened. However, after a quick text, Rebel Overhead Garage repairs came within the hour. Took the time to listen to me and explain everything from repair options, maintenance, and costs if I wanted to upgrade.
I didn't feel pressured or upsold. Also I didn't feel like they made up some other issues with the garage. Will definitely use them again when I'm ready to upgrade or need additional repairs.
