The following month, my water heater rusted out, and BBP replaced it in just a few hours at a cost $1,000 less than I had been quoted by another company. I had been told by several repairmen that the circulating pump was corroded and needed to be replaced at a cost of $1,000-1,500. John took it apart, saw there was no corrosion inside the pipe, cleaned off the outside and put it back together. It works like new.
Most recently, BBP power-washed the entire outside of my house. I didn’t realize what a difference it could make!
I’m looking for the next project that I’ve been putting off because I didn’t know who to call. Now I know - call BBP, ask for John!
