- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no surprises. Depending on the job, we either offer a flat price or hourly pricing at $60/hr, with a $100 minimum for smaller tasks. Flat pricing is used whenever possible so customers know the cost ahead of time. If anything unexpected comes up, we always discuss it with you before moving forward. No hidden fees, no pressure. We do offer veteran discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make the process as streamlined as possible. We start by reviewing the details you provide and asking any clarifying questions needed to confirm scope and pricing. Once we align on the work, we offer specific time windows to get you scheduled quickly. On the day of service, we arrive prepared, complete the work efficiently, clean up the workspace, and make sure everything is done correctly before wrapping up. All work is backed by a workmanship warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive hands-on experience across all types of internal and external home repairs, installations, and assemblies. We follow professional and code installation standards, use the proper tools and hardware for each job, and take extra care with safety-critical work such as wall mounting, TVs, and kids’ equipment. We are fully licensed and insured.
