FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge flat rates for most jobs so you know exactly what to expect upfront. However, depending on the type of work, I also offer hourly pricing with a 2-hour minimum. This helps ensure fairness for both simple and more complex tasks. I’m always happy to discuss the best option for your specific project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I start by understanding exactly what you need. Either through photos, a quick call, or an on-site look if necessary. Once I have the details, I provide a clear price estimate and explain the work so you know what to expect. If everything looks good, we schedule a time that works best for you. On the day of the job, I show up prepared, complete the work efficiently, and make sure you’re 100% satisfied before I leave. Communication and transparency are always my priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work in the construction industry and have learned directly from highly skilled experts I’ve worked under. I also have extensive hands-on experience, completing side jobs on my own for about a year. I’m constantly learning and improving. Whether it’s new techniques, tools, or more efficient ways to complete a job—so I can deliver the best results on every project.
