**Excellent service, hard work, and great attention to detail!**
We recently moved to Las Vegas from Los Angeles, so we were a little concerned about the strong winds and storms here. When we decided to install an aluminum pergola on our patio, I had several questions about how to properly secure it. I chose Kyle because he has extensive experience installing pergolas and gazebos, is a Las Vegas native who understands the local wind conditions, and offers reasonable and straightforward pricing.
From the beginning, Kyle was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to all of our concerns. Despite the extreme summer heat, he worked very hard and carefully assembled the pergola according to the manufacturer's instructions. He also took extra time to make sure it was properly secured. We especially appreciated that he listened to our request to use longer, heavy-duty bolts for additional security and took the extra effort to make the installation as secure as possible.
A few days later, we experienced some very strong winds and storms, which made us concerned about the pergola. Since Kyle had recently installed it, we contacted him and asked if he could come back to check the bolts and connections. He was very kind and came back the very next day. As an extra precaution, he replaced the anchor bolts with thicker, heavy-duty bolts and carefully checked all the connections by hand. He made sure there were no loose bolts or nuts and tightened anything that needed attention.
What impressed me most was Kyle's attitude and sense of responsibility. He didn't simply fix the one visible issue and leave. He took the time to carefully inspect the entire structure because he genuinely wanted to make sure our pergola was safe and secure. I could tell that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers.
We are very happy to have found such a reliable, hardworking, and caring handyman in Las Vegas. Kyle is experienced, honest, knowledgeable, and stands behind his work. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who takes their work seriously and genuinely cares about doing the job right.
