Set an appointment for dog door to be installed, and reached out to me on the day of for the address to complete the work. Then I never saw or heard from him again. Our appointment time came and went. Messaged me 5 days later saying there was a sudden emergency and asking if I still wanted work done. And now requests a review… weird.
