- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm always open to bargain. Feel free to haggle with me and we can come to some agreement that suits us both!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I gather all the information that I can about the work that the customer wants done. From there I draw up a plan to complete the work with a time estimate and share that with the customer. If the customer is happy with the plan and time estimate I execute the work on the desired date/time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 degrees from the University of Minnesota in Philosophy and Mathematics. I have completed many courses in Physics and Computer Science. I have worked in the IT field as a Software Engineer for over 30 years. I have done countless hours of carpentry and home remodeling & repair over the years by just working one houses that I have owned. I always approach every problem with an analytical engineering mindset. I have tutored Mathematics on and off for years. I'm quite good at engaging students in the discipline. I am a detail obsessed person and genuinely enjoy "geeking" out to whatever work I'm doing.
