Project was to assemble and install an Ikea medicine cabinet and shelf. I booked for 90 minutes; project took 2.5 hrs, which they billed me for without discussing or my approving the extension and extra cost, plus they still ran out of time and left the project incomplete. (I had to hang the cabinet doors myself.) There was also a cabinet shelf that should have been installed before mounting on the wall but wasnt, so my medicine cabinet is missing shelf / finishing detail, and one of the other shelf bracket pieces for lost along the way. They were very nice but I was bummed at the incompleteness and felt at times like they weren't taking full advantage of having 2 people on the task. Was very grateful that they could manage the electrical piece of the project (which I'm sure contributed to the extended time required, there was some complexity there)
