Had a fairly large dog door installed into my wall. Was very flexible to work with, nice guy, and even adjusted his work as the project went on and surprises arose. Would recommend him to anyone looking for Handyman work!

Very lucky to have found Michael. He is a hard working, knowledgeable, and most of all talented. He had great ideas for the two jobs I hired him for. We decided on a stainless steel kitchen sink and it was perfect. I was going for black which would have been ugly. He replaced my front entry door and attached all door locks etc. I take great pride in my condo and I want him to do more changes in 4 rooms. He is a top professional and well priced. Others took days to respond but he did in less than one hour. You are getting a great worker and someone I consider a design artist and highly intelligent I could go on and on but all I can say is HIRE HIM

Michael was great! We would definitely recommend his work. He did the flooring in our garage gym which included cutting stall mats which is a very challenging task!! He also installed and assembled a large piece of gym equipment for us, The Rack. Which turned out perfect.
He then installed my beautiful Christmas lights and let me tell you, I am ecstatic!!! His work is phenomenal and we will recommend him to everyone and anyone!!! We are both very happy!! If you want something done, you need to chose Skarlethouz Home Repairs!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ALL COMPANY TECH ARE FULLY VACCINATED.
Although most services start at hourly pricing $SkarletHouz reserves the right to charge individual items of service at a unit price (piece work). This pertains to all categories but normally falls under furniture assembly, handyman services, and general carpentry.
Any appointment that is set after 5 pm automatically tacks a 40% increase on any appointment or estimate. This is unless the client hires $SkarletHouz Home Services & Design for a long-term or Complex Project. Terms to be determined by Owner Only.
Scheduling appointments on national and religious holidays such as Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, New years and ect.
Any deposits or requests for refunds can be withheld for a maximum of 30 days. the client does have the right to prosecute SkarletHouz or bring their case to their city's local magistrate.
Given the central location of $SkarletHouz if you live outside of a 30-minute travel window you will be charged an additional $20 as a travel charge.
All out-of-state or offsite clients must pre-pay for any services.
Failure to procure services for the client after purchase will constitute an immediate refund and does not fall under the 30-day refund policy.
I can work with almost any budget as long as when I finish your project. You agree to Rate & Review my work and recommend me to a friend.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to ask as much as I can about the project so I can get a full picture of what the customer wants and make sure to give discounts when able. If it requires I will drive directly to give a price that I feel is fair but reflects my skill, difficulty of the project, and timetable.
This open and honest pricing can be either hourly or set price.
Professionalism and safety are a high priority at $SkaletHouz. This is why I give etas, provide professional invoices and receipts, arrive ready to work with professional-grade tools, and wear a mask at all times.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tower Climber, Rough carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Retail Construction, and Commercial Construction and Carpentry.
Power Washing and Sealing. Ceiling tile installing. These were just a few of the skills I developed while working with and for General Contractors. collectively for years.
Miner Electrical self-taught.
Miner Plumbing and Garbage Disposal replacing and installing, self-taught.
No trade school education, just learning by doing and watching others over the years. I read on how to do the rest
