I really appreciated how quickly Cori responded. She was very helpful and clear about scheduling and pricing. The updates, even with a work window, were also nice for coordinating schedules. Pono was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. His experience gave me valuable insight for repair considerations. UPDATE 3/25/2025 - Boosted to 3 stars for customer service. I would like to thank Cori from Vegas Built for reaching out to me concerning my review. She was very professional, apologized for my dissatisfaction with the service I received and a refund was issued. Thanks again. Called them because my tub was fill with water while showering and draining slow. The tech they sent out was here for approximately 15 minutes. He lied and told me that he got the water to drain out faster. I turned the water on in front of him and it filled up and drained slow. This was after he charged me $150. I said he didn’t clear anything to which he responded “i will see if they can take something off the price” they did not. He then proceeded to tell me that there was a blockage and they would send me a quote for them to repair the “broken pipe” I received a $4200 quote the next day. Now im annoyed that he lied and im out of $150 and my tub is still not draining and i now have a $4200 repair (not including the other contractors i would have to hire to replace the flooring and cabinets). Today, called another plumbing company. They were here for 20 minutes. Guess what? they snaked the same tub and cleared the drain and now it works. It makes me feel like the tech Vegas Built sent was lazy and just didn’t want to do it, nor knew what he was doing.

Carlos was great with removal of my old, leaking water heater and installing the new one. He was very professional and he also pointed out that my water softener was leaking. He explained about the water heater and how to operate it. He told me after an hour, run bath water to get the air out the pipes. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
