This men is a genius! When he say 4 pm he came exactly 4pm. I had a handyman came up before and gave up upon seeing the TV stand I was trying to assemble. Veldim did not hesitate. Put this together under 2 hours by himself. Very professional and clean work. I even notice he put on the shoes booty by the door to cover up his shoes prior to entering the house ( neat ) Thank you so very much!

Iliyan was the only one who was willing to take on my small project for me. One just kept giving me the run around and another just flat out declined saying he was unavailable for everyday for the next two months, apparently. My project was to sand and stain/weather seal my kids playground since it was beginning to splinter. Iliyan was also very patient and understanding on my end of needing to reschedule due to unforeseen illnesses among other things. He did a thorough job of sanding and painting and was very quick, and his rates were very fair, more so than what he listed for his hourly rate. The kids and I are so appreciative of him for this project- now the kids can play on the playground without getting splinters! Thank you, Iliyan!
