I hired him to fix our old house which now have new owners. We had pretty heavy art hung up which left many big holes in the wall. He was very responsive and got back to me within the day that I inquired him. He was on time and the new owners are very happy with the work he did and we both saved his number for future work!

Iliyan was the only one who was willing to take on my small project for me. One just kept giving me the run around and another just flat out declined saying he was unavailable for everyday for the next two months, apparently. My project was to sand and stain/weather seal my kids playground since it was beginning to splinter. Iliyan was also very patient and understanding on my end of needing to reschedule due to unforeseen illnesses among other things. He did a thorough job of sanding and painting and was very quick, and his rates were very fair, more so than what he listed for his hourly rate. The kids and I are so appreciative of him for this project- now the kids can play on the playground without getting splinters! Thank you, Iliyan!
