Hands down, best experience for me to have hired Christian for the job. He contacted me right away and was very responsive, answered all of my questions. He kept his schedule as discussed. The work was a typical change out of the spigots due to wear and tear and started to drip. Additionally, I specifically wanted to NOT use the typical spigots with the small turning head like the quarter turn or the round garden tops. Those are too small for me. I am 5’2 and my hands and strength aren’t as strong as they used to be as I get older and after I recovered from breast cancer just within the past 3 yrs. I also have ALWAYS wanted the lever ball valve but couldn’t get anyone to come change them out! They made it seem like it would be such a hassle to do since they would require adapters. Christian txted me to let me know he was on his way and once he got there, he went to work changed them out in no time. He has all his tools, cleaned up after himself and worked diligently. His work quality is solid, I can tell that he cares about his work which as a customer, I really appreciated. He turned the water back on and tested each faucet before leaving (I replaced 2). His pricing is fair and he was upfront about it so I know the cost before hand. Besides the top quality work, he is also very professional, friendly, nice, personable and down to earth young man. I plan to keep his contact info for all future plumbing or house project needs!!
