- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes white glove service. We supply top quality commercial grade lights on adjustable lighting timers; paired with design, installation, maintenance, removal post holiday and year round storage. We offer multi-season discounts and a "no surprise pricing commitment."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you connect with us, we will set an in person review of the project and provide multiple designs and quotes onsite. If you approve the quote, we will book an installation date with only 50% down and the remaining 50% due on installation day. If life is too busy to meet, we can remotely supply a quote after discussing options and share designs with you electronically while we discuss over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have you ever witnessed a Cirque Du Soleil show? Our crew consists of Cirque performers and riggers who have been professionally trained, earning CLIPA and OSHA certifications. We also employ a dedicated Journeyman licensed electrician allowing for low voltage installations as well as larger jobs involving outlet installations, breaker panel configurations, trenching electrical lines and more.
