What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical inspection take about 2.5 hours. We perform an exterior inspection and then interior. We Provide our clients with a full walkthrough so our client has a better understanding of the report. We utilize the best software on the market for inspectors that is user friendly. We are available at anytime for our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Osha 10 certified, HVAC Universal certified, Maintenace director for a large corporation for 14 years. ConstructionProject manager for 6 years. Condo Renovation manager 4 years. Certified Professional Inspector through INTERNACHI(International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
