FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will speak with our team of professionals to answer any questions you may have. Our Operations team will work with you to schedule a time for our designers to view the Vacant property. We will schedule a free consultation and take any notes and photographs we need to put together a Modern and Sophisticated design to appeal to buyers. We will then send out a quote for our services, furniture rental, and installation. When the quote is approved, deposit is paid then the staging day is scheduled. It typically takes us a couple days to pull the design and a day to install the design. Your photographer can photograph as soon as staging day is complete and the listing goes up on the MLS and any real estate websites to promote the listing. Once the home sells, we come back before closing to pack the items up unless the buyer is interested in purchasing the furniture or decor items. We return the items to our warehouse, and you have successfully staged and sold your home or investment property!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professional Stagers are either Home Staging Certified, trained by our CEO and Principal Stager or have gained a degree in Interior Design, Staging, Organizing or Short-term rental design.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started by furnishing a home and through the process of selling that home realized that home staging was a thing, and that people will buy homes that look beautiful and have nice furnishings. HGTV did the rest and a new stager was born!
