FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My estimates are provided during the first cleaning appointment. after I see kitchen appliances, bathrooms, toilets and shower tubs or glass doors, floors, if it's moderate dusty or heavy built up dust, window tracks and blinds, walls for the dirty spots and doors. fans. Estimate is more accurate when I see everything in person. I offer discounts for referrals. Discount amounts vary based on each client's home individually. I often clean something at no extra charge as a complimentary for doing business with me(any of the following: baseboards, doors spot clean, walls spot clean, windows thourough cleaning area by area, cabinets wipe down).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first introduce myself, then customer shows the kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms, livingroom. I take notes room by room, I ask customer if there are any priorities where I should start. usually when people are at home I make sure I'm not in the way and work let's say upstairs, then I let customer know I'm ready to start cleaning downstairs. if customer particular about the cleaning process, I make sure to listen and follow the steps provided. Cleaning process can be customized by a customer at any time. preferably a quick note day before so I could get the correct supplies for the new task. In stead of overcharging the clients, I suggest rotating the chores each time I start cleaning. this way house is well maintained on the regular basis.
