- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Cleaning can be customized by a new customer. I prefer to do the walk through before I begin cleaning, then I let customer know how much can be achieved in the requested time length and if additional time is needed. I also keep my client updated about the work progress. I then do the final walk through once the job is complete and fix any imperfections right away before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for the R-d Lion hotel for a few years, I also worked for the local cleaning agency in Northen California at the front desk, then I operated my own cleaning business for more then 20 years. I'm a professional cook and enjoy helping my client with basic meal prepping. I also, as a college student, had a part time job at the dry cleaners. I can help my client with basic wash/fold/ironing the laundry and putting it away.
