Rene diagnosed the problem with my Kitchen Aid microwave door, we went to 2 stores looking for a new one the right size & cost, he installed it & was able to use the stainless steel trim surround that was on the old broken one. Took several hours, but he was professional, tenacious, smart, good problem solver, respectful, cleaned up & made it all work. A pleasure to work with him; will call for services as needed again.

Rene came on time, diagnosed my problem and determined it would be less expensive to purchase a new grill. since my old one was more than 15 years old. He then helped me select a vendor, then drove down to pick up my new grill and he and his assistant installed it for me. Excellent response and very professional.
