This team did a beautiful job on my apartment! They were extremely communicative and responsive, came right on time, and were very quick and efficient. Everything was sparkly clean after they left, and smelled great. They showed very careful attention to detail when cleaning and got all the nooks and crannies that I hate having to clean myself (😂😬), which I appreciated. They even cleaned my carpets and white couch (had to request this in advance because they used special equipment) and the carpet especially was like new. So many stains I haven’t been able to get out from dirt and shoe traction are completely gone. Entire staff was so friendly, sweet, and accommodating to my needs. The price for the quality of work is unmatched. This company will definitely be my new go-to!

While we did not go with Diamond Shine Cleaning (Not their fault, we had to put the project on hold), I can definitely recommend. Ulises and Rosaura were prompt in their responses, professional and knowledgeable regarding commercial janitorial standards. Will consider for future jobs we may have, highly recommend!!
