- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Apartments I charge by the hour,($22-24) as they are smaller an don't take that long to clean. Bigger homes such as 3 BDRM/2-3 baths between $160-$180. Also depends if added work needs done such as windows, laundry, that is $10 extra, your asking why extra? Windows are a pain to get completely clean an streak free an laundry, people have their own way of folding and it may take longer to get done than cleaning the home. If you want closet/kitchens organized that also would be extra. But can be negotiable. I do work alone but I am good at what I do. My quote includes gas, equipment being used, and all other cleaning supplies/products. You also don't need to worry about different people coming into your home to clean each time; as its just me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call and let me know what they want done sometimes they will want me to come out and look at their home to see if cleaning needs can be met. I work with my clients, I give them lots of different choices ex: payment, the time they would like, day of cleaning service, I'm pretty flexible. I will even do weekend and evenings if that is what's needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well let's just say motherhood first, now granny! Lol! Lifetime education? Hummmm..........U do the math! And I research websites for cleaning tips on certain items that I may not be familiar with. Times have changed as well as home furnishings. Not to mention cleaning products galore.
