We hired her for a deep clean for a move in!!! She arrived two hours late, stayed for five hours and ONLY deep cleaned the kitchen, which she did very well!!! However, she didn’t do the bathrooms, interior windows, baseboards or floors. She didn’t even dust!!! The kitchen took about two hours. I have no idea what her and her partner did for the other three hours!!! I text her my concerns and she apologized and said she would come back but when I asked for a date, I got no response!!! Very disappointing!!!

hello There Stanya,I do apologize that you werent satisfied, me and my kids have been
under the weather for my 3 kids who have suddenly got sick and I can not go to day care therefore I not sure when i will be back out. I do apologize I did not get back to you. I deeply apologize, that was my mistake. I apologize sincerely about everything and do wish to come back out and prove to you our worth. I worked really hard on cleaning the dirt and scum in between the windows in the time that I had. Although,this does br4ak my heart,no business is perfect and we will learn from this, I appreciate your honesty.
