Hired to do a simple demo of an existing door frame between interior single door and exterior security door. Gerald showed up in a car with materials in back. Tore out frame with what looks like a crowbar. Damaged the stucco and interior areas of the frame. Left the wood pieces and debris outside and the room inside covered in dust. Did not show up for the remainder of the job, with many excuses as to why he wasn't responding, or being there when he said he would. Second contractor I hired to fix the mistake and get the job done, said Gerald never really DID the job at all properly in any way. Just created a lot of damage.

Well, he did not fix my refrigerator like he said he did. I reached back out to let him know and he responded that he would come the next day at 12pm to look at it again. I reached out close to 3pm to ask if he was still coming-no response. THEN he responded around 6pm saying he hadn’t seen my message and that the 12pm time was never confirmed. I had asked what time would he be by my house & he said “12”. I’m confused as to how that’s not confirmation? In any case, I did ask for some of my money back, although I should’ve asked for all of it back due to the inconvenience of having to find someone else to do the job correctly-and he didn’t respond.
