Arranged with Alberto to have 2 maids come for 3 hours. These women, Debra and Chelsey, told my client that Alberto was merely a broker and proceeded to take $350 additional monies from them for additional services, and then quit. I advised Alberto of what these women said and he blamed my client for going behind his back. These women specifically told my client he only got them the clients and they take over from there. Even after speaking with Debra Pompa, one of the women he sent to clean their house, she promised a refund and has not followed through. I don't know what kind of games this company and their maids are playing but my clients are out money for services not rendered.
