I have studied Kaizen and have received numerous awards with 5S procedures which is a structured, Japanese workplace organization methodology focused on continuous improvement, efficiency, and safety. The five steps are Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started working on cleaning and organizing garages and we actually found we did a much better job focusing on cleaning houses and adding on garages and deep cleanings.
