- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is something to be discussed. The rate can go up or down depending on how far I will need to travel and how many extra tasks and/or schedule constraints you will ask of me. I am fair and want everyone to walk away pleased. Your money is being traded for my time and both of these things I value very highly so we will be sure to come up with an arrangement we are both satisfied by.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since I was young I wanted to find ways to have money work for me rather than constantly be working for money. There are so many ways to do this: affiliate programs, write a book for passive income... etc. However, none of those things appealed to me. I am an excellent and responsible care taker of people or things (i.e.: your home ;) so I decided.... I can work my part time in the morning and watch someone's home for the rest of the day. This will give you the peace of mind you need while traveling and give me the chance to more readily save up for my investment goals. It's an absolute win-win :)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
While house sitting your home I will make sure I leave it a little better than I came! if it needs to be dusted, swept, mopped, vacuumed I will take care of that. I want you to feel good when you come back into your home!
