Handyman Matters helped us out when no one else would and I thank them for that. I will use them again.Aug 6, 2015VerifiedHandyman Matters's reply
Thank you so much April! We will certainly look forward to seeing you again.
The lady I spoke to was very nice however they apparently couldn't help me with what I needed help with (simple handyman work) so they became a waste of my time in the end.Oct 30, 2015VerifiedHandyman Matters's reply
I am sorry Alexa. The glass installation you are needing can best be handled with a glass and mirror company at a lower cost to you. My intent was to point you in a better direction to complete your project.
Handyman Matters' service was outstanding, from the ease of booking, to prompt arrival and quality service for a fair price.Jan 21, 2016VerifiedHandyman Matters's reply

I am so glad that you are happy with your new kitchen backsplash Kay and thanks for reviewing us here on Thumbtack.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? In most cases, we prefer to send our estimator to get a first-hand look at the scope of work you are requesting and provide you with a fair priced estimate. This way you know exactly what you are getting into up front. No hidden surprises or lengthy by the hour projects running up a huge bill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our craftsmen, office, and administrative staff come to us with years of hands-on experience in their field. Additionally, all of us attend an annual convention for the franchise as well as keep up on trends and skills in weekly safety and training meetings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I felt that the Handyman Matters mission to elevate the level of customer service to the handyman industry was in line with my skills and vision for owning and operating my own business.
