- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Moving Prices Include: ✅ Movers (2 Hour Minimum Charge) ✅ Assembly / Disassembly ✅ Moving Blankets/Pads ✅ Moving Equipment (Dollies, Straps, etc) ✅ 1 Roll of Stretch Wrap 🚛 Travel Fee Straightforward pricing and no hidden fees. We customize your quote based on the size and details of the project. We offer competitive pricing and always aim to take care of our new, repeat and referred customers! Our team works as quick and efficient as possible to get the job done right! Our jobs are generally charged hourly or as a flat rate. For moves, we charge labor (with a 2-hour minimum charge) plus truck/distance and supplies fees if needed. Packing and unpacking is available at a separate rate as well. Junk Removal projects are charged based on project size and are generally a flat rate fee. Potential Discounts: ✔️Price Match or Beat: Found a lower quote. Let us know and we will do our best to match or beat pricing! ✔️We offer discounted labor rates on projects taking more than 2 hours. ✔️Discounted/Bundled Prices available if you need moving and junk removal services. ✔️Discounted/Bundled Prices if you need packing/unpacking services with your move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customer describes project and provides pictures whenever possible. 2. Customer provides time frame for completing the task. 3. We provide a free and fair quote. We will also confirm your project time. 4. We arrive on time and complete the task and verify with you once complete! We will take before and after photos of the job well done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work on several apps and platforms and have years experience with moving, hauling and junk removal/cleanout. Our safety record is exceptional and we always care for all items!
