• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I don't really have a linear feet price, I count doors, drawers ,panels and check out the how good or bad shape are the cabinets are. Different techniq means different pricing.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I have to go out to see in person. I need to know what the customer has in mind. We discuss all the possibilities

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I started working as a wood finisher 21 years ago. In California we worked for door companies and customers on brand new entry doors, patio and all kind of exterior doors, along with new cabinets.
