- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer set prices depending on the size of the car, however, depending on the condition of the car, that price could go up or down. We do offer a 20% off discount for first time customers! We offer 10% off total for multiple cars at same location/ at the same time and 20% off for reoccurring customers (within 2 months of last service)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact you through messages or over the phone. We don't require any pictures or videos beforehand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have 3+ years in the auto detailing community. We have countless hours of research and development into making sure our products and skills are the top tier while still making them safe for all car types.
