- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of the project. I offer both flat rates and hourly options depending on the service. For larger or ongoing projects, I’m happy to provide custom quotes or package deals. There are no hidden fees, and I always communicate clearly about costs upfront. I also offer discounts for repeat clients, bundled services, and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, flexible, and built around clear communication. Here's what working with me typically looks like: Initial Contact – You tell me a bit about your project, timeline, and goals. Quote & Scope – I’ll send a clear estimate based on what you need, along with any questions to fine-tune the plan. Agreement – Once we’re on the same page, I’ll confirm the details and schedule. Execution – I get to work! I keep you updated along the way and stay open to feedback. Review & Final Touches – We review the work together, make any final adjustments, and wrap things up. I make sure every step is smooth and collaborative — whether it’s a quick job or a longer project. Communication is key, and I’m always just a message away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Associate’s Degree in Computer Programming, and I’ve completed several design courses, along with extensive self-taught training in a wide range of creative and technical software. I'm certified in Project Management through Google, which helps me stay organized and deliver efficient, high-quality work across all types of projects. I'm also a commissioned Notary in Las Vegas, with working knowledge of Nevada estate planning documents and related laws. In addition, I’m highly tech-savvy and resourceful, with a strong foundation in IT, digital design, and workflow tools. I’m currently expanding my skills even further in information technology and visual design to better serve both individual and small business clients.
