- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We at Happy Movers & Delivery offer both hourly rates and flat rates. Our hourly rate is $85 a hour. Our flat rate pricing varies depending on the size and milage of the move or delivery. We do charge a $40 service fee for both the hourly and flat rate. Flat rates are also negotiable. WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY HIDDEN FEES.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will politely greet the new customer and thank them for contacting Happy Movers & Delivery. I will start to ask various and specific questions about the move so we can make sure we come as prepared as possible and can negotiate a fair price for our new customer. I will also answer any question the customer has to the best of my ability. If the customer decides to hire us, we will book the customer for a date and time that works best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members at Happy Movers & Delivery have many different levels of education ranging from High School diplomas to college degrees. All of our team members are working class people and have experience in manual labor and know how to get the job done under high temperature and stressful environments. All of our team members have experience when it comes to moving services and delivery services and are trained by veterans in the industry.
