- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront pricing with no hidden fees and work to keep every move affordable and efficient. Pricing is based on the size of the move, distance, labor, and any specialty items or services requested. Select moves may also qualify for complimentary basic TV wall mounting (customer provides the wall mount).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by going over the details of the move including locations, inventory, and any special requests so we can provide an accurate estimate. Once booked, we stay in communication leading up to the job and make sure everything is handled smoothly from pickup to delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands on moving, delivery, installation, and transportation work. We are trained in proper lifting techniques, furniture protection, loading and unloading, appliance handling, and safe transport practices to ensure every job is completed professionally and efficiently.
