Clarence and Ramon were top notch! They helped me pack and move and did it very quickly. The price is very fair AND, as if they weren't amazing enough already, I over-paid (math has never been my forte) and Clarence let me know that, instead of pocketing the cash like most others would. Hardworking, dependable, and trustworthy - couldn't be happier with the service I received!

What a fresh of breath air! Last week I had hired a really big time moving company to help my parents move and it was such a nightmare! Long story short for the previous company I used the owner/manager really needs lessons on how to be professional and something called customer service. That night (because the company wasn't truthful and lots of time was lost -they couldn't complete the job without charging me a time and half per hour so I told them to stop) I searched for a smaller company that had better customer service. I stumbled upon the thumbtack app and reached out to a couple companies with Royal Treatment Moving being one of them. Fast forward to moving day (today), I am so pleased with how amazing their customer service was. And the movers were quick and so polite. There was a little hiccup with the time of arrival, but it wasn't a big deal. The movers' attitudes quickly made up for it. They didn't rip me off and was willing to even work with my budget (if needed). I didn't but I appreciate that Clarence (the owner) would even do that during these times. Thanks Royal Treatment Moving for making it so easy and smooth today! Next time some I know moves, you will definitely be recommended!

The Customer should know that my pricing is fair, honest, best price for the Job guaranteed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is getting as much info about the move as possible like how many boxes, any safes, washer dryers, big tv, and valuables that are non replaceable. Go over company insurance and then talk about pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for criminal justice but decided that wasn't my calling. I begin working for Atlas Van Lines moving company in 2012 and A bunch of moving company like 2 men in a truck, little guy movers, etc..
