- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
1 Reconstructing a corporate records book from scratch, from over many (11+) years, with few documents to work from. Difficult, but not impossible. 2 Creating a limited liability company (LLC) and all of its organizational documentation entirely in electronic form (PDFs, no physical paper documents or pen-and-ink signatures), including its articles, operating agreement, membership interest certificates, members register and interest transfer ledger, and electronic seal (eSEAL). All delivered to the customer via a secure online link to a Box account (like Dropbox, only more secure in my opinion).
